"Adams"
species: mayfly dun
 type: dry

sizes: #10 - 22

A traditional dry fly pattern for imitating a common eastern mayfly subimago stage.  Often tied as a "delicate" fly, sits well in quiet water to behave like the natural.

Fish: trout, panfish

"Adams Parachute"
species: mayfly dun
type: dry

sizes: #12 - 18

Adams parachutes are designed to float in the water, rather than on top.  In some calmer water, this pattern can be more suggestive of the natural mayfly than the standard style.  White upright wing makes it easy to see.

Fish: trout, panfish

"Blue Quill"
species: mayfly dun
 type: dry

sizes: #12 - 20

Traditional dry mayfly pattern popular in the east, but catches trout everywhere.  Body tied with quill feather.  Like others this style, does best in "softer" water (not so much current.)

Fish: trout, panfish

"Baetis Emerger"
species: mayfly
 type: nymph

sizes: #14 - 22

The "emerger" style is meant to
represent the short-lived stage of insect metamorphosis between nymph & adult. It is designed to "catch the hatch" as it is in progress.  Emergers are typically designed to sit in the surface film or just under.

Fish: trout, panfish

"Beadhead Caddis Pupa"
species: caddis
 type: nymph

sizes: #12 - 20

A beadhead style nymph suggesting
a caddis pupa.  Like other beadheads, also broadly accepted for a variety of immature aquatic insects.  Used in both moving and stillwater environs.

Fish: trout, panfish

"Beadhead Crazy Charlie"
species: bonefish
 type: saltwater

sizes: #4 - 8

A beadhead style "Crazy Charlie" pattern.  Tied in "keel" fashion, like most Bonefish flies.  Designed to suggest small, bottom-dwelling shrimp.  Excellent general purpose fly for a variety of flats fishing situations.

Fish: bonefish
