"Caddis Larva"
species: caddis
 type: nymph

sizes: #12 - 20

A beadhead style imitation for caddis larva or pupa.  Fished wet with action in both lakes and moving water.  Best to have in a variety of colors.  Also with different bead types, brass or tungsten.

Fish: trout, panfish

"Caribbean Lobster"
species: Tarpon
 type: saltwater

sizes: #4/0 - 1/0

Imitates small lobster, mostly by the colors.  Like other tarpon patterns, large and bushy and difficult to cast.  Tackle designed to cast, set the hook and fight fish up to 100 pounds is most critical when fishing tarpon.

Fish: tarpon

"Cased Caddis"
species: caddis pupa
 type: nymph

sizes: #14 - 22

A fur bodied nymph suggesting
a caddis pupa.  Like other pupa flies, is also more broadly accepted for a variety of immature aquatic insects.  Used in both moving and stillwater environs.

Fish: trout, panfish

"CDC Midge Emerger"
species: midge pupa
 type: nymph

sizes: #14 - 20

Tied with the CDC feathers in an emerging midge form.  Sits in the surface film and its fibers "breathe" to suggest the emerging adult.

Fish: trout, panfish

"Chironomid Pupa"
species: midge pupa
 type: nymph

sizes: #16 - 28

Midge pupa imitation.  Very lean and simple . . . like the natural.  Fished shallow or in the surface.  Likely requires longer leader (e.g., over 12') to cast, lay and fish correctly.

Fish: trout, panfish

"Cinnamon Ant"
species: ant
 type: dry

sizes: #10 - 20

Red form of the ubiquitous ant.  Fished on slow-moving or stillwater when ants are known to be available.  There is really no such thing as an "ant hatch", just use them when "times are tough."

Fish: trout, panfish
